The impact of environmental regulation on China’s industrial green development and its heterogeneity

The research analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on industrial green development using panel data from 30 provinces in China 2006 to 2018. We employ Super-slack-based measuring (SBM) model measure level domestic and use ordinary model, threshold spatial for empirical estimation. results reveal that index plays a significant role promoting such development. Environmental index, command-and-control regulation, market-incentive public-participation all have only single technological progress fiscal decentralization. Further analysis shows China’s presents obvious agglomeration characteristics, there is significantly positive correlation between different indicators Our findings provide useful policy recommendations China.
